Page Title

In the Gospel of Matthew Jesus was traveling and preaching in the towns of Galilee to a crowd and the word he gave in that particular sermon was this...

"Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you and learn from me, for I am gentle and humble in heart , and you will find rest for your souls. For my yoke is easy and my burden is light." ~Matthew 11:28-30

We don't know what you may be going through today, but the same words of Jesus yesterday are true today...if you are weary and burdened come to him and you WILL find rest, come into His place of worship and find peace by allowing him to place his yoke of love and hope upon you! Come into God's place of worship and exchange your worries for his promises and learn that his yoke is easy, and his burden is light, and he will walk with you along the way, in this journey of life to replenish you when the world has drained you! Come today and receive your rest, come today and receive the HOPE of our Lord and savior Jesus Christ !

We are in a new time and season of ministry and invite you to come and experience what God is doing in this time of refreshing and renewal! Whether you are a previous member who has been a way for a while or someone who is looking for a new place to worship our doors are open and we welcome you to come and be a part of who we are!

    The sacrament of Holy Communion

In Holy Communion, we both participate in the true body and blood of Our Lord Jesus Christ for the forgiveness of our sins and in the unity of Faith that we believe, teach and live out here at St. John (1 Corinthians 10:16-17). We invite to commune our baptized and instructed members and those from our sister congregations of the Lutheran Church- Missouri Synod. To all others wishing to commune, we require of children under eighteen (and strongly encourage adults) to first be instructed by our pastor on Holy Communion and on the basic teachings of our church before communing here for the first time. should you have any questions please speak to our pastor.
